Time spent preparing the daily pack; unresolved data discrepancies; time from a delivery exception to review.
A baseline and success criteria would be agreed before implementation. No quantified improvement is assumed.
What this would depend on
Job and delivery history, stable job identifiers, agreed service definitions and access to relevant cost records.
Security permissions, licensing, source-data quality and operational ownership would be reviewed during scoping.
